today was the closest i went face to face with death. i went for a run at about 830pm, ran from my place all the way down to sheng shiong. The problem was that i didnt drink that much before the run or throughout the whole day for that matter. All i had was a glass of plain water.
As i came to a stop at the bus stop, i felt giddy.Similar feeling i had when i was in camp during the first few days of training. i didnt take it too seriously but then it didnt stop, the nausea feeling and all. so i went to the nearest seat available and sat down. It became worst. My breathing started to deepen, i'm starting to lose vision. I stood up, thinking it would make it better, wrong. It came to a point where i couldnt see much,it was black and white and i couldnt make out what the thing was until it was maybe 1meter close.
I started walking. Hoping that my unsteady walking would attract somebody's attention and maybe help me out. Everyone seems to be either too busy or just didnt see that i needed help. Then i remembered that there's a clinic nearby and said to myself that maybe i can receive help there. I walked through the place being careful not to hit anyone or anything, trying to keep myself awake.
Lucky for me, I somewhat regain my consciousness once i was in front of the clinic. I walked towards 7-11 right in front to get myself a drink.
I may be lucky this time. I hope i dont have to go through this again. Drink up people!
