gosh, pool politics is like war. but oh well,none of my business. wanna piece of my 2 cents? Fark with the people, the one managing AND the team members. You're there to play pool,you joined because you're interested in pool,you're there because you wanted to improve and learn something new. So if u've achieve all those while being in the team then dun give a fark about why and how or who is running the show. Thats their job so let it be their burden. They're a pain in the ass? so be it, you're there for the pool not that person.

I've always believe in accepting a person for who that person is. So if you think u cant understand their bad traits. Then dont talk to them. Nobody's forcing you.

I've mentioned time and time again, pool is never a team game. How they run the show is none of your business. If the team has to resort to closing down because of the management then they are solely to be blamed. I would only leave a particular pool team if they cant meet the basic needs ie to provide training and a table to train on.
